photoshop 7.0 why's the writing slanting???

Default photoshop 7.0 why's the writing slanting???
Hi, as above, when I try to apply text it's at a slant, almost like itallic but it's set to Regular?

Please help cos its doing my nut in

might just be the font your using .. if its a import text. ?

sounds dodgy ive been usin ps for 2 years, never had that problem.

you been through all the settings etc? only thing i can suggest is re-installing it

Easy to fix....



open the character box, click the italic box to de-select it, voila!
