Loved the Blue Escy,
That was the be all & end all
But love this new car, I'm not gonna compare cos it's not fair comparing a new car to a ledgend ! Not yet anywayz cos one of the reasons I loves Stain's so much was cos the way it was driven ! ! !
As for Martins, his old Escort was equal in eye's to Stains ! No question of that, couldn't actually decide between the 2 !

Stian built it for Leif, it's basically the best bits of Stian's blue WRC car and Leif's Cossie put together by someone who 'in my eyes' at least is one of the best car builders out there... His attention to detail is unreal.
Leif might not quite be on par with Stian in terms of raw driving talent but he's more than capable on track and a hell of a lot better than me, so he gets my complete respect.
Wait till next week... and look out for a very yellow Ford as well

Actually it is original i think. very few were made, something between the 3dr and the Shaph...
Personally i have seen two or three more... very rare i guess...

Taking the anglegrinder to the bonnet pretty much seems at the beginning of the end to me.. More mods like that and it will look a wreck.. get parts that fit in stead!

correct me if im wrong but isnt that leif's old engine/box combo in stians shell/chassis... im sure i heard that he was going to swap the whole lot onto a better chassis than that mk6 ex rallycross shell he had (yellow and black one, looked pretty rough IMO) i could be wrong...

Wahay!! I've lost my Virginity!!
lets sort this out once and for all, leif bought an old rallycross car and had jenspeed build tht mad 920 bhp engine for it for him 2 tool around against stian at the gatebil events. after stian has his crash crash, he kinda lost heart and decided to build a new car which if rumours are true its to be a mk6 fiesta with his old 700bhp plus engine and xtrc gearbox in it. lief bought the wrc escort shell and put the engine and gearbox in it from the rallycross car. now ex rallycross legend martin schanche has sole custody of the silver car whist leif now has a 5 series bmw with a nascar engine in it.
