Actually our old brooklyn shell would have had the engine mounted as far back as Steve's but we cut off the group A engine mounts as my dad didnt want the hassle with all the other things that had to be done to mount the engine futher back.
the labbats was the only normal 3 door shell.. Steves has done touring cars and rally irrc..
as for my dads We didnt have much of an idea where it came from.. when he bought it was nothing but a shell and cage.. not even a roof on it.. i have asked some people on here what the shell could have done previous to us buying it but nobody has any idea

what a load of shit!
you got the mag in front of you?
have a look at the pic of the engine bay, first off, the roll cage is in the way for the enine to go further back
AND the part of the bulkhead where the heater blower sits is STILL there, so its IMPOSSIBLE for the engine to any further back!
then turn over 2 pages and have a look at steves!

He did cut some engine mounts off... if they were to move the engine back or not I aint sure.. it was back in 2001 when I would have been 11!
