Imperial Blue Escort RS Cosworth - New Photos
My Escort RS Cosworth came back from the bodyshop at the weekend where it had been to have the headlights changed back to standard and the Armourfend removed.
This is what she looks like now:
Massive thanks to Emley Refinishers & Restorers for an excellent job.
Also big thanks to Karl (bigpower) and Caroline (cep23) for their help and hospitality as ever.
All comments welcome.

I'd like to but I think they might prove to be a bit of a nightmare to get off. The sunstrip alone took me over 3 hours to remove! Whoever put them on did a proper job and I don't think there really that dark, Caroline begs to differ though!

I'm thinking about it! Ambers could indeed be the way forward or backwards?
You should, standard look SO much better than Morrettes and you can always find some mug to buy your Morrettes off you!
No new ones, it hasn't changed since I got it and it won't be.
Maybe amber indicators and side repeaters and removing the tints but apart from that it'll just be washing, polishing and a little bit of driving!

It's always a pleasure to catch up with you James, i'm just sorry there wasn't a fry up waiting for you! But the lunch out was nice, you went home without food poisoning by eating out

Its the rear window thats the tough one, dodging all the lines!!!!
Oh and if you do decide to go ahead with it, prepare to have sore thumbs for a while.

stunning looking car, EXACTLT what i want next, excpet i would put a set of rondells on it, coz thats what ive always dreamed of having. U dont have to leave it on the path at night like that do ya??? i would be paranoid that a group of little no gooders would walk past an do summit to it

I was tempted to go for Rondells as I love them on Escort Cosworth's but I decided to keep it standard in the end.
No mate it was just on the path for the photos, it's always safely tucked away when I'm not driving or washing it!

I thought the glass would have to come out, but if it can be done on the car I might try and do it myself.
