lol nice to see it being used as it is meant to be - The car is awsome mate, I bought it to convert to RWD, but I actually like it so much as it is, it's staying 4x4 . I managed to rip the front splitter off in a flood just before xmas , so I have a new one to fit, and it's now got 18" Rondell's on it , I love the std wheels as well, but big brakes will be going on soon, and they won't fit under the std wheels .

Also, if you look in the Escort cossie section, Stu@MSD is using the car for the EEC IV 350 bhp conversion trails .

are you Mike, or Did you sell the car to a lad called Mike Doran? how long did you have it for? Has to be said, it's in very nice condition for the mileage

Yes mate, turns out the wiring plugs were at fault. I drove it home from yours, and it was fine until I hit the motorway, then I got anti-lag most of the way home then it cleared itself for a few days, replaced the coilpacks etc, and a few sensors, then eventually found that the multiplugs were corroded Took fookin ages to trace that -
I'm going to give her a full respray this year, get rid of the little rust bubbles that are slowly getting bigger , better to catch it early than let it get bad. Turns out it already had a MSD evo chip in it, took it to a RR day, and it made 262 bhp and 312 NM of torque, so no wonder it wasn't slow , I fitted the clear side repeaters and front indicators, and a set of roose motorsport coolant hoses. I also managed to rip a driveshaft to bits on the drivers side . It's in Blackpool at the moment, should come back with over 350 BHP still on the small turbo management, and it's got the remote start module on now -It's coming along nicely at the moment

Did you find yourself a house??

Oh good I'm glad your happy with it mate, sounds like it's gonna be a bit've a weapon once it's finished Yeah that was something else that I was always toying with doing, getting it fully resprayed. When I used to tell people that they all thought I was mad because it looked so good already to them, but like you know yourself when it's your pride & joy the slightest little rust bubbles annoy the hell outta you every time you see them don't they??
The house plans all went out the window about a month or so after I sold the Cossie to you unfortunately, me and my girlfriend split up! (suppose that was better than us buying a house and then splitting up) One single lad and a pocket full of cash later, well you can see what happened next. I went out and blew it all on another 2.0 Turbo 4x4 weapon but this time (I'm ashamed to say on here ) it was of the Mitsubishi breed. Bought myself a completely standard 20k mile Evo 7 and I have to say, I absolutely love it

shame about the Mrs , but with a car like an Evo i'm sure you won't have trouble finding another one - Evo's are awsome cars, which model did you get?

Just went for a GSR in the end! Intended on holding out for a slightly rarer FQ300 to start with but then this one came along with ultra low mileage in the right colour at the right price so I couldn't say no
I know you say your car's up in Blackpool at the mo but when you get it back you'll have to send me some pics of it, I'm well interested to see how it looks now

wow, 2 owners of N6 MJC, has to be said shes a lovely car, and currently the test bed for MSD's 350+BHP EEC IV conversion you would never think the car has done 100,000 miles , has been well looked after
