I have some great pictures in a Cosworth book I have, I doubt they're much better than these, but that particular part of the book concerns the transformation process the 3drs went through to become RS500s, so there are shots of the workshops FULL of rows and rows of 3dr engines straight after they've been removed, then other shots with 30+ RS500 spec engines sitting waiting to be transplanted, it does nothing but make me want Back To The Future to be true, what I wouldn't give to be there when the RS500 was created

I thought I might as well post up the pics I have. They're all photo's taken on my phone from the pages of Graham Robson's book on Cosworth road cars...a pretty interesting read IMO
(I've just seen that the forum has "helpfully" re-sized every single one of the above pics. If you right-click each photo, go to properties, then highlight the image code and paste it into the address bar of a new window, you'll find that the captions are in focus and legible)
And an unrelated picture, but one of my favouries from the book. A Series 2 ERST used as a mule during development of the Escort Cosworth:
