i didnt do the conversion personally as im a joiner.i got a localish 'specialist' to do it for me.a 2 week job he told....17 weeks and endless excuses later i got it back but unfortunately that was just the start of the problems with blown turbos and engine cut outs and near fires due to shoddy wiring so if your in central scotland and are wanting a conversion done dont go near ace performance in carnwath.some may know him as the escort cosworth bullshitter from hot hatch days at knockhill who claims to have 750 bhp its now good as ive found someone who doesnt bullshit and knows cosworths inside out.

What about removing the brake servo ?
Would it have been better if the engine was able to move further towards the bulkhead ?
Do you think its a good idea to remove the brake servo and just fit a master cylinder ?

it didnt get shunted by me. it was broken up because i got bored of it.when i broke it up i discovered the shell had been repaired by a previous owner after a rear ender, that must be well over a year ago now.
it had a few alterations since those pics as well.
