why was it q- plated mate? stolen recovered?

Yes stolen recovered & put back on the road in 1989, so it says my car is a 1989 model on the logbook but does'nt say cosworth anymore,1 lady owner for 11 yrs,i'm only the 3dr owner on the logbook. Has mint interior,mint parcel shelf & uncracked dash too

Insurance is the same but not many insurance companies will insure you my last qoute on a Rs turbo for this year was 550 thats TPFT with 5 years no claim and i am 23 married with own property

q plates are just the same.usually better there cheaper and it annoys the so called rsoc die hards

Thats my black 3dr Q plate in the above pic & its stage 3 spec & costs Ł570 fully comp & has an agreed value of Ł8.5k as i had to send all of the reciepts i had for all of the mods, its also a like for like if i crash it & it needs new bits, RS500 cooler etc. I'm 36 & clean licence & its limited to 5000 miles a year.

isnt a q plate classed as a car of "unknown origin' and not just s/r ?, can you put a private plate on a q plated car ?

They are "cars of a questionable nature" and no, you cannot put a private plate on a Q car.

this is the cos i bought a while back.

was looking for one for over two years and was passing the place where it was at my work and decided to have a look.

saw one or two things wrong but just stupid was amazed actually never even considered a Q plate.
you know it annoys people as well which is nice!!

changed a bit since then and so has my bank balance!!
