naa would prefer to keep the original cologne engine

plus wont be much more powerfull the cossie only puts out 200 plus will it be cheaper decent cossie v6 engine are few and far between and are usually 100k plus miles which would mean posible engine rebuild work where as once the engine work is done on mine will be putting out 190 plus i know the engine is sound

Had my 24v for 6 years now and no problems

You can get a whole car now for Ł200 or less.

Pic of the car for you

yeah but with an auto box, that would mean finding an mt75, work to the gearbox tunnel to make it fit, then having an exhaust sytem fabricated, moving the battery into the boot, i'd have to change the break servo and master cylinder as the 2.8i one doesnt fit once the cossie engine is in thene there is sorting out the power steering, its just too much work and i dont have the time or patiance for it

Nice to see an original looking car, please don't 'Chav' it!!!

If your keeping the 2.8 enigne get yourself the EFI set up from a mk 3 Granada, bin the dizzy and fit a megasquirt. You will be amazed at the difference and the 24v will not be able to touch you on mid range torque!!
