Seen as she has been so good.............
I thought id take some piccys,i have just rebuilt engine after endless probs and all seems well for now so i gave her a wash
i have raised the suspension around an inch as it was too low for my area as we have loads pf speedbumps,also she needs some serious polishing under engine bay

Glad you've sorted your probs
Might be wrong,but have you tensioned the cambelt the wrong way
Just looks like the belt angle from the pulley to the tensioner looks as if its not as straight as should be.
The belt can touch on the thermostat housing if you have moved the tensioner clock wise to tension the belt,you are supposed to move the tensioner anti-clockwise to tension the belt
