The CSR is circa £31k

You can build alot lighter and more powerful machine for less money if you wanted too

These things are faster than bikes if speced correctly

There are other alternatives to these which you could fit in I'm sure.

I'm 6 ft and have my seat moved forward in mine

Can't see the video but if its the CSR260 they are NOT £31k

£37k list but over £40 in reality on the road I think

Stunning cars

In Germany an CSR 260 cost's € 58000.-- without any extra. That's about GBP 39000,--.
With some extra's you come fast over GBP 40000,--.
I have an RUSH Cossy who is 0 - 60 mph in 3.5 sec. and 0 - 120 mph in 8.9 sec., with enough downforce in front and rear and an opti. balance you are not far away from the pace of an F1.
It's enough money, but if you have some, to play with an have ever driven an Cat like the CSR 260 or any other Lotus 7 derivative with big power, you want one, no matter how.

Best to all FORD drivers

The F1 do 150 in 6.5 sec
I do 120 in 8.9 sec. stage 3 350 HP
After rebuilding my engine I hope I have nearly 470 HP, 620 Kg, hope to do 120 in 7.5 with Quaife's.
So I am not a world behind of an F1, anyway.
But I am not affraid of an Koenigsegg at the 1/4m. With enough boost I let him behind me.
I am an absolutly fan of the FORD Cosworth and Caterham stuff and would never buy an "foreign" product.
And for the price of an Koenigsegg, 40k for an Cat is a realy cheap offer.
The Cat is the motorbike on 4 wheels.

okay i agree with you its a weapon, but 0-120 in 7.5 is quite bit off 0-150 in 6.5

@ xr2i-carl

1/4m I did 10,101 this summer at the old Hockenheim race track. After rebuilding the circuit to new FIA standard my buddys and I use some of the old track near the old "east kurve" for 1/4m test and contest.
This is totaly "black" driving and we do it only during neight hours. But our advantage is, that the forest is around us and there are many ways to escape. Hope no German Police Officers did read this.
Back to the car; the time falls after 3 try's and with Yokohama A 008 race spec tyres 285/40-15 at rear wheels. I had a lot of wheel spin, so I think with more power, more weight at the rear axle and Avon slicks I hope the 10sec. range falls to a high 9.
And yes, right, with an Cat or any other 7 you can't get the pace of an F1.
