A little bit of info on the location for you .....
The tiny settlement of Greencastle in County Down, Northern Ireland demonstrates a remarkable continuum of history which all of its residents cherish and wish to preserve. Welcome to its quiet charm. ( Well until I am down at the summerhouse that it is)
But all is not well with Greencastle
The area is under threat from the proposed development of a ferry crossing linking our small hamlet with Greenore on the Southern side of Carlingford Lough. please see our website http://www.greencastle-countydown-no...ireland.co.uk/
