As above really,I did ask in here if it was ok to sell my car as Im no longer in business and markyd3 and t said it should be ok?I've not had a pm too say otherwise and the ads been up about three days with no bother?

Ive just gone to see if theres any comments on it and it's gone!!

Could someone enlighten me?

and second you dont know the facts,the facts are the OP has clearly stated in another post he is buying and selling cheap cars bought from auctions,just because the OP says hes closed his ledgit business does not mean he aint trading on the side,which he clearly is and has openly admitted.
the site has no problem at all with any known trader (paying trader or not)selling there own personal car,this has already been stated in a previous thread,but when someone who has opnely admitted closing his business and then posts again atating hes buying and selling form the block,sorry this isnt going to happen

Where have I once said on here that I'm buying and selling from "the block" as you call it?I've owned this car for near enough 8 months now and if you'd actually read what my business was,it wasn't actually selling cars,it was actually repairing them.In all the time I was there I doubt that I sold more than 5-6 cars anyway.

I did state I had a large amount of parts,which I may add I received in 2008 long before I ACTUALLY owned my own business,but via much heated debate I agreed with the decision not too advertise parts for sale on here and if you check up,I have not ever done so.

Shame really as a lot of those bits went to non pf's on places like eBay but rules are rules and ive 100% respected that.

This is my PERSONAL MODE OF TRANSPORT RIGHT NOW.if you so wish,I'll photograph a copy of the logbook in my name to prove this,I'll give you a copy of the tax disc receipt that I got from the post office on the 1st of November when I taxed it in MY NAME.

Now,if I'm a trader,that's not very clever adding another name to the logbook is it?

As a goldmember,I'm entitled to sell up to four of my own cars a year,this is my OWN car,in MY NAME,belonging to ME!!

How much more proof do you require,would you prefer me to call into my local courts and swear on the bible that I'm not selling trade cars on pf,or indeed anywhere else.

Tbh,I'm getting a bit fed up with this now,I even put a post up in here asking mods opinions on it ffs,what more can I do?the mods who responded agreed there was no problem with it as long as they were my OWN cars,which this is?in fact,I have two taxed cars right now,this and my merc ml which the missus drives.

I currently have no form of income,had it not been for a gift left to me from my recently deceased relative I would actually be receiving £0.00p per week,well actually that is what I receive!!as I was considered self employed I have to wait 17 weeks for any sort of benefit,so selling this car seemed to make sense as all the jobs I'm applying for seem to want a start date of in January,meaning there's no real need for us too have two cars because of course as my missus was my business partner,she lost her job too.

I fancied a swap with a few of the boys on here but now I've seen sense and could do with the £650 really.

If you've got a problem with that,fine but start enforcing it across the board,I'm getting thoroughly pissed off with certain people being let through the net and doing whatever they like regarding breaking cars,selling so called "p/x's" and yet still not paying trade rates.

Once again some spineless prick with no knowledge of my situation has decided to tell tales to you unless your so sad that your somehow trawling through my posts?if that's the case,why not read them properly and see that I was asking IF there were any good car auctions around the place,dies that suddenly mean I'm going to "flood" passionford with 4 private cars I sneakiliy bought to sell on at a profit?come on ffs!!!!
I've had loads of pm's from boys on here telling me ways around selling stuff on here but if that's the only way I don't think I'll bother.

Thanks to the guys above for your support,I really appreciate that.I hope this gets sorted otherwise I can only see it's a personal slur on me and if that is the case,I would like a pm to explain why.

I feel a bit bad about this as I did say i didnt think there would be a problem.

vaughant - I think there has been a couple of threads by you lately saying about car auctions, buying and selling cheap cars etc etc that have made it appear that you are still a trader.

I shall ask the Admin team to look into this again for you.

Not really much more I can do other than that as the decision rests with them so I apologise if I got it wrong the last time when i said i thought it would be ok.

you have done nothing wrong,as its already been said the site dosent have a problem with any known trader paying or not selling there own car,but with this one there seems to be a problem,which was addressed by admin and the answer was to remove the post as you know
its already been said it will be looked into again
so untill an decission is made the post will be locked and the OP informed by PM,this will save any of mates of the OP getting over excited and being banned for a cooling off period
