Can I sell on here if...

I own a car, bought for my sister to use and is registered to her for insurance purposes (v5 has to be in her name).

I have just bought her another car that is more family practical as she has two little boys and so am taking her current car back to sell and recoop the cash to cover the cost of this new car.

My question is, can I sell it on here? Both myself and her will be present at the sale money being mine and her to prove I own the car.

I own the car and will be storing it on my property, but she is the registered keep?

Any adivce, rather ask than upset the mods etc.

seen quite a few people sell cars on here which are not their cars.
