Default wanted ads

I think it is well out of order that you can't even post wanted ads without paying £20 gold membership, maybe just the greed of the people running it just want to make as much money as possible, I notice the same team own other car sites I use, maybe that will be coming there as well soon, Problem today is people are to greedy, not content with making a living, they want to make as much as possible and not bother who they rip off on the way.

ok rant over, but there is no way I am paying £20 to try to locate a part worth about £20

for sale ads i understand most offer same deal but wanted adds i cant understand. I know having paying members on for sale helps people to not get ripped off but no reason for the wanted ones.

I dont understand why you think wanted adverts should be free aswell as for sale adverts? surely if theres a part you are desperate for paying a nominal fee to be able to advertise the fact to such a wide audience wouldnt be a problem?

It may only be a £20 part you need this time but who's to say in a few months you wont need something else or want to sell something else???

I always thought £10 was a bargain before i became a mod!! just look how much ebay charges for one sale etc etc
