sorry for putting a post in GD, for some reason i didnt think of here.
i keep getting database error, both at home and work. more so than before IB took over. is there a short term problem your/there end, or a server change recently? i cant seem to get on and have had it a couple of times when posting.
cheers
George

database error all morning for me today
and 've had lots of log in requests virtually every time i come on here
on the other hand, not been to work for a month and yet i can still get in there not a problem, same with the laptop, so why not on this computer? i even get it between topics, if i open up a new window, some of them are logged in, some of them are not
and i've tried the clearing cookies and all sorts but to no avail

You're not being 'anti community spirited' now are you? Think of the points, or possible ban...........

Not at all mate.
Was just making the point that we were told the adverts would improve the site performance but it seems not for many users !
I want this site to prosper for the few real Ford enthusiasts we have left..LOL

Im 100% behind Flux here. By the way, advert make MONEY, not performance. You think rods saff would be so quick if it had less sponsors?
And yes I have had errors too

Is there any error code to grab from that page? As far as I see when it happens is it just says 'Database Error'... and then tells you to reload or go back to
www.passionford.com and try again....
It happens all the time, but i think the longest has been for like 5 minutes, so nothing major.. just need to be patient.

I've had a couple of database errors so far tonight and sometimes the pages are just timing out.... But then it can literally go back to super quick if I refresh it??
