i dont mind my signature being removed even tho its no offence or even advtising its just a funny signature,

but my problem is, its been removed with no reasson left which is a bit rude if you ask me.. which you are

i just dont know why you cant even leave a reasson...you went to all that effort and couldnt be botherd leaving a reasson

its so annoying tho, there was no reasson to even remove my siganture, its a bit stupid if you ask me.

they wanna spend there time bothering with the mayhem thats being caused and all the laungae thats been posted which is offending... there is alot of person comments floting around but never see mods dealing with so...

im happy to watch it as i aint botherd but you'll never get a reply from them........

i know of a website that has around the same or less mods/admins that always leave a reasson to why you've been banned had your signature removed or been warned, all the reasson codes are in admin why not make them on here...

theres no admin/mod structure and i know you cant please everyone but you sure can try ay.....

no person attach to any admins its just my paid opinion and im allowed it as i dontated a 10ner to keep this site runnning

 

It showed up as over the maximum allowable disk size, though it was well within size limits. So there was a reason to remove it
You can repost it should you wish, it was ok content wise
Try hosting it on tinypic, as photobucket adds a small amount to the image.

As for all the personal attack comments etc, if you report them we will have a much better chance to deal with them. There are alot more of us now but we still cant read every single post. This is where we need the user input.
Most I see are banterous remarks, and we allow swearing at the moment (see rules) though should you think a thread is getting out of hand, or too personal, feel free to use the report function, we never reveal who reports any posts.


Dont quite follow what you mean by no mod/admin structure though, care to suggest what you mean?

i wont bost or make a deal out of it so ill keep it short,

its like you see a topic thats filled with spam and banter then gets a bit heated then = into personal attack's, there are admin about who watch and reply and nothing is done, which is where this is no admin structure, such as one admin is on the ball and the other don't really bother...

i report if needed to if a personal attack is brought onto me.

a few months back i reported 2topics of my own, which i felt turned into a spam fest and a hole load of crap, to where i wanted this topic to be removed, so i went ahead and reported so. now it was still never removed or delt with admin seeking in but no bother of removing it...

i had to spend my time editing posts of my own and removing worthless spam i then had to take upon myself to PM members who joined in to also remove there posts, it was regards of mr taxman where figgers where brought out and people hit me with personal attacks, they maybe see it as harmless fun which i didnt.

i didnt wanna report the members so i just asked for the topic to be removed before it was heading for a heated topic, this was never removed and that shows the lameness and none structure of admins, you wasnt admin at this time steve...

i wanna note something

im not here to slag off the admin team nor will i even tell them what to do, the members bring the problems and the admin should then solve the problem, not leave it. i dont know how your admin report is sent but i'm awear that most PHP bords are normal sent to all admin/mods.

i hope this helps, i did pm the owner of the forums to help with the feedback forums that members requested but i had no reply, maybe hes busy or maybe hes just being rude.

i dont mind paying £10ner £20 and more to help this forums grow and stay alive but i wont pay if i cant have my open opinion...

oh regards the signature, the one who removed it should of pm'ed me and told me so, no warnings is like saying.

your not getting paid this week donaled and not even tell him so, its very rude and rather annoying, it takes no more than 30seconds to leave a resson in there signature after all you(admins) went to the effort of removing it

 

Fair points raised Simon, and you are of course entitled to your own opinion, paid up or not, everybody is, we only censor messages that break the rules.

Stu has taken on several more moderators to help him assist in the running of this site over the coming 12 months and beyond, and I can assure you it is going to be a good time. The site is expanding at a nice rate, with plenty of new members each day, and is moving forward.

We have been made aware of the new rules coming into force, and we have been instructed to adhere to them as moderators as strictly as possible, so should you feel a moderator is posting where they need not be, or encouraging behaviour that is against the rules, feel free to report them to Stu and he can take any action he sees fit.

As far as your signature goes, I would have thought it was clear from my post above that it was me who removed it, and Im sorry I overlooked your PM, as at the time we were dealing with a large number of signatures and removal of such. iirc the disk size was only slightly over, and the size was fine, you may re post it should you want to have it as a signature again, as long as it is within the current rules there is not a problem (though bear in mind a small increase in allowable size is coming so you may want to wait)
