nah its cause they are parts from Jim Greens old 2wd Cosworth and with all the talk of late about the car your not allowed to sell or even speak about the car without being flamed.
Thus its 1 of the many reasons its been broken and parts sold off

I binned it,all your previous posts have been looked at and its obvious you are trading, you have actually admitted you have bought the car to sell on for parts so profitering from the sale, thats is classed as trading.
you would have been PMed about this sooner but it did take some time to make the desission based on what we have found
I will also move the post to the correct room

well as usual on here your are mis informed where in the hell does it show i'm a trader? utter bull Pete!!!

I've bought no car i've got the parts to which i'm selling on cause i half own'd the car which to my knowledge ain't a crime the car has now been broken so parts are for sale!

its more than likely you have favoured with some of your fello traders on here and come to your own decision not based on any facts at all, failed to inform me either via Pm or Email and deleted my post.

what then is the point of gold membership if you can't sell your own parts off your own car???

sorry thats the decission thats been made, and nothing to do with helping anyone, everyone one is treated the same

As i see it Matt, you have sold a hell of a lot of Cosworth parts considering you dont have one and dont like them, and in your latest for sale post you personally state:

i have purchased all parts from this car Today (Shell now sold) I'm breaking no rules in selling the parts as i'm not a Trader!!!!!!!!!!!
So you HAVE bought the parts specifically to sell them, therefore you are trading.
UK tax laws would also cite you as trading for profit and you would be required to declare all profits for taxation purposes.

Sorry mate, your a valued customer of mine and i hope you can keep these two jobs seperate, but I honestly cant see why you are even arguing here. Its not like you just bought a water pump or set of injectors for a quick buck, there are ELEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS WORTH of parts in your last advert alone man!

please remove my gold membership status and refund the money owed as i only renewed it sell my own goods off too which i own, i bought half the car with a friend who breaks and sells cars, we sold it on and now its come back to my ownership and i'm now breaking it the only reason i bought the car back is cause the previous owner has been banned from here and needed the money asap for a new purchase, its not like i buy and break cars every week STU i've even left cosworth ownership and any parts that have been for sale previously were that of my mates and hardly any at that.
I've simply bought what was left and i only want back my outlay as soon as possible making no profit in the process#
If you actually look back through ,i've sold very little of my OWN Cosworth Parts.

I am indeed a valued customer STU and recommend MSD where ever i'm asked and have sent you plenty of business your way.

BUT this issue will make me re-think my account and input on PF as i feel that if it wasn't the said Cosworth parts in question there would be no issue at all!!!

Matt, your entire story here says i bought this car to break for over £11000. And you bought it from a guy you hardly know for £11000.00, and are going to break it for absolutely no profit even though it will take you tens of hours of labour to break it, and all out of the goodness of your heart? Behave man, do you realise how that sounds?
