story is..

you know when you make posts in a thread.. then you become like "automatically subscribed" to that thread, and you have notification emails sent to you saying when someone else has replied to that thread..

well this is useful for threads that i have started or in threads where i've asked a question (e.g - this one lol) but can you un-subscribe from other threads you've posted in?

keep getting notifications about threads i'd forgotten i'd even posted in lol.

yes, click the UNSUBSCRIBE link in the e-mail you obviously havent actuially read.

now i will have to read those emails in future, i always used to just delete them without reading them..
