changing mail adress

i would like to change my mail adress, but in the pass i had created an account with this adress, so i can't.

Does it possible to delete my old user as i can change mail adress ?

might be best to pm petrucci and ask if he can help you, or i can change the mail addy in the old account and then add that to your other account.
