whats the problem with usernames then?
this site is getting worse by the day,just because i dont addvertise on here,ie pay money to run the site why should i have to change my user name?

talk about OTT,then you wonder why traders are stopping addvertising on here,

 

and ive had this username for 3.5 years with no problems!!!

if you want/need to attract more traders this isnt the way to do it,remember i was a trader on here for years and now iam not,and my business has never been as busy,so why not ask us for some feedback instead of doing it all wrong,
i would happily come back on as a trader if things were abit different and the gestapo backed off abit.

As I understand it, as I made Stu's advertising banners and siggy's, that there was a physical and file size limitation for ONE image, banner or siggy - but the file size limitation didn't extend to combined multiple images

 

maybe a for me then

 

it should be one picture per signature... but so long as the combined size of them does not go over the total allowed not really a problem


the reason we are having a clampdown on user names and bedroom/sly traders is to try and get more traders on here.
we understand that many people have had their names for a while but we feel it unfair to the current traders that they are not getting the support they should be getting.
as for you paying in the past tim we all aprecciate that you have and feel that past traders should be more understanding about this.
it has absolutly nothing to do with the gestapo s you put it ..
if you feel you have valid input to help the site why not pm stu or any of the mods and tell them your ideas or problems...

 

I remember asking you for feedback when you left last time Tim... You told me you no longer wanted anything to do with the penny pinching tosspot PassionFord members who wouldnt know a group A part from their elbow... or something along those lines wasnt it? I quoted it somewhere in a topic you duly ignored. Im sure someone will dig it out if required...


On a more serious note, there are FAR too many traders joining PF nowadays, purely to make a fast buck, and we, as well as the paid up traders, are sick to death of it so are having a clampdown.

Anyone who cant accept and understand that most likely has a hidden agenda IMO.

Not being funny , BUT, If you are doing so well why dont you just pay the traders fees If everyone who should pay actually did pay the site would benefit which means all members / traders would also benefit

The amount of freeloaders on here WAS a joke and i for one dont see why i should pay a traders fee when other people were getting the same deal as me for a mear £20 gold membership

Its a simple principle issue mate , i havent bothered posting things for sale on here over the last 6 months simply because the bedroom boys just pm members and undercut us real traders , Now tho i will start to use this site agin as i feel i will now get what i pay for

I have no idea if Tim IS or IS NOT a Gold meber Phil. A few people ask specifically NOT to have the badge, so dont presume just because he hasnt got one displayed, that he isnt a gold member. I sure dont have time or enough interest to go digging to find out...


I have nothing more to add. Thoe who pay, can discuss the policies i choose to put into place, those who dont, cant. Thats why this particular forum is Gold members and traders only. End of discussion IMO.
