Default Help! :(

So I was driving along this evening, and overrevved my 2000 Ford Ka (1.3 ltr) engine stalled and cut out.
wouldn't bump start, but when turning the key, the engine tried to kick up, but wouldn't fire.
Had recovery guys out and he checked it over.
I was told that it could be the coil.
Anyone helppp? lol

Open Yellow Pages... Look Inside... Find number for a garage... Go there...

People on this forum can only speculate? Your best off just biting the bullet and going to a reputable garage for it to be looked at.

Thank you for your clever, yet sarcastic, reply.
That is my intention, cos i'm obviously not going to be able to magically fix it am I?
I was only asking for anyone who had a rough idea so I could get an idea of a price, so thanks

take the spark plugs out and see if there is a spark?then if not then its down to electrical probs and not fueling probs

touch the spark plugs against metal and use something with rubber so no electric shocks

there should be a fuel cut out switch which sometimes cuts out when you go over bumps, check it, it's in the footwell.
