Default escort 1.8 zetec cambelt/oil recommendation?

right the cambelt is well over due, its a 1993 1.8 zetec, are the tensioners common to fail or unknown to fail? and the guides? its done 140k and i dont know any history, should i just do the belt or is the kit worth the extra.

as well, with it on 140k what oil should i use? 5w30 still ok or should i use 10w40, and what mechanicly should i expect to fail at this mileage or is it just hit and miss.

oh also, what coolant does this take? the red stuff or blue?

Get a full cambelt kit fella, it's a false economy not to. I would also be tempted to do the water pump while you're there.

Stick some 5w30 in and yes, just the standard anti freeze/coolant.

I would at that mileage use 10W/40 personally, and do use it in a engine with less than 25,000 on it, the thin oils are marketed/used for economy reasons.
