i'd say ... no if it's been lowered.
I ran 15x6.5J et 40 wheels and they were okay, needed longer wheel studs and spacers to bring it away from the inside a bit, car was lowered 35mm at the time
same wheels lowered 55mm no chance, needed a rack limiter as well, make much more sense to just raise the car or get better offset :/
anywho..
with the 7J i think you'd want et30/25 but you'd have to be careful it doesn't stick out of the arch then.
which (on standard blacks) would be about et 25 (boarderline) and on the collections closer to et 30.
that's all guess work btw... , just from experience
