Ok I have a few

1. I heard there's some new rule came in where an ACU licence is now required for a trackday? Is this true?

2. Cadwell is a very cool track, would love a trackday there, what's the cost during the week?

3. How do you know what group to go in? If you think your reasonably fast on the road is it worth going to intermediate or starting with beginner?

Cheers,
Gary

Alright Gary,
First off this rule for acu licence has not come into action yet, but will probably be around for the start of next seasons trackdays.
The cost varies from about £80 to £130. The best organisers are www.100pc.co.uk.
If you've never done a trackday before, choose the novice group. Its totally differant to riding on the road. Cadwell has a lot and i mean a LOT of crashes a week so your best off starting steady. Hope this helps mate.

Race cans shouldnt be a problem. All circuits have noise limits which differ a lot.
110db at Cadwell but only the big old british thumpers get near that
Should have said it'll be an MSA(motorsport association) license needed. £20 for a year.
