the bikes been off the road since october last year,before the bike went away for the winter i noticed the rad was leaking from where the fan bolts on,this is the repair

before it was fitted i went to b&q for some mesh to protect the front of the rad from stones being flung up by the front wheel
cut to size


then painted black


then i cleaned up the downpipes


time to fit the fan

hoses connected and outside to start it up to bleed the air out.


job done.
