Cool My GSXR - Some Updated Pics

Thought I'd share these with you lot! Some of you may have seen these on other sites, but I've made a few mods to my moped in the last few months.

I've replaced the plastic tank infills with 2 carbon pieces. The standard shock has been replaced with an Ohlins. The standard rearsets have been upgraded with Crescent parts. However, the most significant change has been to fit a full titanium and carbon Yoshimura GP Force system. I've also had to fit a Yoshi offset sump, as pipes are too fat and can't squeeze past a standard sump. I've also had to dremmel the fairing which was bloody nervewracking.........

Anyway, here are some pics of the progress..........

Standard Pipe and Ohlins. Contents of sump in bowl!

New Pipework fitted.

I'm off out for a ride!

Matt

Thanks chaps. Managed to increase my carbon footprint by 4 tanks worth of V-Power this week! Got wet a few times but it was worth it! LOL The Yoshi sounds great at 13,000rpm in 6th

Oh the carbon loveliness, that must have cost a fair bit- Im sure the sound and performance gains are worth it though

jacko,

You're not going to believe this mate, but it started life as a Stealth black K5, so indeed, it was matt black at one point! Doh!

The paint had been done before I bought it! And you're right, I can't believe the previous owner painted stealth black panels. Now where did I put my thinners............ LOL
