i like the spots personally!
as for the stance, try filing down the edges of the tires so they look stretched, then you can get the wheels sitting closer to the insides of the arches
someone on a model site put the tires on a dremel attachment then spun em against a file so it was even, looked pretty good

Thats a really good idea mate, but I cant stand the stretched look.
Might file the inner arch though.

as i though but as i said i dont think in 1984 they were even xr3i cabrio's
they have got bk to me and said it is a mk3, mk4 came out in 1986 so I've cancelled my order

there very thin so if u sand back right down u could get away with sticking them straight on bonnet.
