here is what ive been doing latley.my son always wanted my models so i brought him a focus,
lots broke of it,im still trying t find the rear window & mirrors.
he proper fooked it so i now own it
changed the wheels & added some exhausts,got some comp style wheels.just need to pant the car now,goin for white.



dont like the orange on this now so got sanding.


& this is my new fav model,WRC cossie with michelin pilot interior painted to match the car,lamp pods & tyre's,painted the wheels black as the old paint was soft,i love it




now ive got a few more out the way i might do some more on the s1 & saff

i got them of escortnutter,he gets them from germany as he buy's them in bulk but ive changed the tyre's for lower profile 1's

im off to ikea on sunday for another already ordered the dividers so thats room for another 16 lol im in the middle of getting extra dividers made up which will enable me to put another 2 between the shelves letting me have 24 per cabinet happy days

between me and the missus who collects me 2 you bear ornaments which cost more than half the cars i bought we have 5 glass cabinets lol

Running out of room,sounds abit like me !,you buy more models & have no where to put them i bought some 'U' shape clamps with a thread & nut,bolted them to the rod on the ikea cabinet & had a piece of glass cut to size,cost me Ł9 just got to do the rest.

sounds good mate i just got some perspex dividers i have 3 cars on the bottom then a divider which holds another above than i will have another above that the full width of the glass shelf to take another 2 it would be big enough to take 3 more but not strong enough and i would kick myself if they all get damaged because id over loaded it lol

looks well though mate my rx7 came today and wiper and ariel were snapped off and had a melt mark in rear window so im getting refund and sending back lol back to the drawing board

my misus collects the pocket dragons but luckily they have stoped selling them ha ha more room for cars!!
i have to display cabinets and a wall mounted perspex display which looks smart but only takes max 1/24 scale . might get rid of it and make way for one that fits 1/18 which i will make myself.originally had all my fly scalextric cars in but they have been put away in loft.

i got my bug eye today and it is mint in box with straps on box is brand new and had a aa catalogue in too sweet on the other hand my rx7 kyosho came which was (mint) yea right had a melt mark on the rear window a scratch on the front bumper 1 wiper was snapped off and missing and the ariel was snapped off gutted i emailed the seller before i bid and asked if there was any damage and they said a little mark on rear window so i bought it then i emailed them today and told them and they said i will refund you plus the return postage no sorry or anything im sick of it this is about the 5th model ive bought that is supposedly mint and broke when arrived im really gutted as i really wanted this model too
