Do trade policies accrue no claims??
I've had a a trade policy with a mate for the last 5 years at least, and we have never claimed on it.
Can I class this as no claims, or does it not apply when referring to trade policies? We are currently with Road Runner if it helps.
Many thanks!

I was with road runner for 7 years and left them in 2007 , there are a couple of insurance companies that take trade no claims but unfortuanly not that many. Most companies will refuse them. I went with Esure in the end as they excepted, hope this helps mate,

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I took full no claims to a trade policy for my work striping minis. But after 7 years being on a trade policy. I wanted to go back to personal one and you lose them all and don't get them back. Insurance company's had to run me through as a first time car policy again. With no no CLaims.
Wish I knew this before I took it out as I would of had to policy's at the same time. Would of saved me a fortune

Hi,
A number of our unsurance schemes will accept proof from a motor trade policy however it would normally have to be in the name of a single individual.
Regards,
Dan.
