Angry insurance changing their mind over liability in RTA. advice please.

long story short,

involved in an accident in febuary and the 3rd partys solicitors admitted fault to my solicitors.

from then all the expenses had been coverd by the 3rd party insurance including medical examinations, vehicle engineer report etc. was just waiting on the final valution of the medical examination to settle in full and finnish with it.

just recently the 3rd partys insurance has changed there mind and want to go 50/50. can they do this after 6 months? as you can imagine im .

my solictors have basilcally told them tough shit youve already admitted fault. but it means now more waiting and in my insurers eyes they are now seeing this as a possible claim so are going to bump my soon to be renewed policy.

any advice or help on this matter would be greatley appreciated.

if they've admitted liability and your insurers have that in writing or a recorded phone call then no they can't.

Ive got it in writing guys. Needing advice on where to proceed from here?

3rd partys insurance have been in touch with my insurance and pestering them for £££. They havnt given any straight answer yet as they wernt involved due to 3rd party initially admitting liability.

Your insurer should be sorting this as its in there interest and that's what you pay them to do!!!
