Default Cancelled Policy

Just a quick question for the companys

I had insurance cover cancelled due to a broker making a cock up with my modifications, they gave the underwriters the wrong information.

When i sent in the pics and full spec the underwriters cancelled the policy.

The broker addmited in the end they cocked up and i recieved a full refund.

Do i now have to declare i have had insurance cancelled when insuring my Mondeo ????
