Points and insurance
i've got 6points and was wondering when you no longer need to declare them? i know it stays on your license for 5years am i correct but donno about insurance
it depends on what you did to get the points.for speeding and no insurance etc they stay on your licence for 4 years. usually insurance asks for any points and convictions within the last 5 years.

in all honesty if the insurance ask you for any accidents or convictions in the past 4, 5, 6 years or whatever it is just tell them. after all if you don't declare anything that you should have then on your head be it if anything happens and you need to make a claim
