All current Ring trip nattering, pics from our travels and updates on our progress and trip can be found here.
Got anything to ask or say regarding the trip ask away or type away in here please. Let's try to keep it to one topic!
Ring Entrance webcam here:
Keep an eye on the above to see what the weather is like and to see us go through the barriers onto the track.
Opening hours are (German time - which is 1 hour ahead of UK I think):
Thurs 14th 5.45pm - 7.30pm
Fri 15th 2.15pm -7.30pm
Sat 16th 10.00am - 7.30pm
Sun 17th 08.00am - 7.30pm
Mon 18th 5.15pm - 7.30pm
If anyone can do a Screen grab (CTRL button, and PRINT SCREEN button, then paste into MS Paint or similar. Save it the new image, then upload it to www.photobucket.com or similar) please please post them up on here if you see us or anything interesting going past the webcam.
Don't copy my image tags above, as it updates constantly (keep refreshing or F5 ing this page for new images every 5 mins or so), so you'll land up with a picture in your text which changes all the time!

Showered, toast eaten, last items to lob in car. Wheely bin to chuck out then off we go.
Chip still in bed! Wonder what the most novel way to wake him is? I do have a foghorn
Hopefully Chip and his laptop plus mobile internet will keep us and yourselves up to date.
Got to meet the rest of the gang at Clackett Lane Services M25 at 5.45.

Well i'm still sat at work - should have gone last night! Finish at 4,shower then drive to Hull for a nice chilled over night crossing. Set off from Rotterdam tomorrow morning, should be there before 1pm

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
how much does a trip like this cost all in all.... accomadation, travel, to get out on the ring... plus is there much to do when ur not pretending your the Stig.... ???

RSNUT - SiB always does a full write up at the end of every trip, detailing every last penny! So keep an eye out for last!
Just think this time last year over there, the weather was BOILING!!! In fact i remember Diva coming home a fair few shades redder than what he went out there!
