Nokia N70 memory card

Hi I know this is a strange request but does anyone have or know where to get the data (think about 30 odd meg) for a standard memory card on T-Mobile? I just opened the flap where the card is and its formatted everything on it even though I didn't touch the bloody chip!

Any help would be really appreciated!

eh ?? im lost .. the card normally stores pics or video footage .. can be used to store fone book and text messages too .. but does not hold any info to do with the fones working ability
