Whats the widest tyre size you can fit under the rear AND front arches???

i've 265 on 18's but can probably get 285's on there.

can get 225 on the front if you have the right setup.

 

Well im on coilovers all round,with adj TCA`s on the front??

Im seling my neerley new tyres for a new set of F1`s...

So i just wanna know what she best size ot go for..

I had 18 x8's all around on mine.
Front wheel offset was 35 with 225 35 18
Rear wheel offset was 30 with 245 35 18
Tires were Toyos T1s. Avo coilovers. Front had a bit of the angle grinder
the rears were untouched fit fine. Everyonce in a while they would rub on a hard bump but other than that they were fine.





My tuner mate has (or had) 275 on the back of his.

Mashed up front bumper, missing RS500 wing, broken driver side vent, battery gone, strut brace gone, most of the wires cut, passenger side rear arch broken, missing sill on the passenger side, stolen front and rear seats and tools and spare wheel, wheels gone, radiator cracked, Oil and antifreeze poured all over the car inside and out. I think they were going to burn it? probably stolen by some Chav's because of the wing? if not, they would have taken the bodykit and the YB which they didn't. If I ever catch them, well, I can't say in case I do and this is used as evidence LOL

SOOOOOOOOOO, i could get away with 225`s then on the front???im running 17`s,BUT 35 offset..





Thats how it sits,and ive NEVER had a rubbing prob,but granted,im only on 205`s ont he front,and 215`s on the back...

Moonstone Mike, I have the car, it's in my garage looking sorry for itself. I will rebuild it but probably not until next year, I'm saving and getting all the bits so I can do it all at once (plus I have a little one on the way LOL).

Pete, like I said mate, I did have to grind the inside top of the arch and some bit of the splitter nothing too bad. I had 225 35's.

Taryn has 215 45 17's on her front with out any rubbing, but I also think the tire is too tall.
