but he has a astra diesel estate in his garage
and theres NOTHING wrong with council propertys,,,,,,,,,, where the hell you think all the georgian/victorian gutted and rebuilt houses in the rest of central london came from
infact my missus old man has bout 3 small council blocks with 30 flats or less on 2 floors and does em up and rejigs em about and sells em as private flats,,,,,,,,,, the outside he either sand blasts or paints it white and he earns a nice bit of money out of it,,,,,,,,, all the people buying them places would prob cry when they heard that he payed 10k for each flat
but dave was taking the piss as im sure hes just a ghetto kid at heart 
chip remember that with property it aint about the size but the location,,,,,, prob why my flat its valued at too much for what i would EVER DREAM about paying for it
and thats why its going up for sale ( sory mods didnt see a forum for house selling on here, theres loads of cosworth parts in it so i could use that room i supose )

phil just wondering,,,,, did you buy a bungalow so that with the scale down size of the building it helps to boost the soze of the MR2 so in pictures it appears just like a real ferrari,,,,,,,,,, i only ask as when you see th replicas against the real cars they look like they have shrunk in the car wash
so taking a piccy against a bungalow would be a nice artistic approach
