Going to try my cossie in the trader, but if it doesn't sell im going to consider breaking it, but havn't a clue what they usually fetch...

I`d be very careful if it`s a standard car,they don`t actually make a great deal of money unless they have a bit of bling on them...

Most of the value of a std car is in the motor and box,bumper and bonnet..so unless it`s got leather,17`s,bling etc the rest of the bits aint worth a lot.......If you notice the breakers tend to sell std cars rather than break them for this reason...

Well I sold the leather, but got a MINT cloth trim for her, I still have a set of leather door cards, shes got a few bits of bling under the bonnet, engines a good one...box is mint, 4x4 bonnet, front bumper is ok but saggy, back bumper just needs a paint...full stainless, etc etc

You would struggle to get you`re money back,if at all.....and you would end up stuck with all the bits no one wants as well

Deffo better off selling her complete....No point trying to sell her on here,full of timewasters....advertise nationally(autotrader etc)and it should sell ok...

It wont break for half as much as you'd think.

The only reason mine broke for a lot was because there was sooooo much stuff that was uprated etc..........

Just sell as is, and yuo wont have the grief of the shell sitting around doing nothing when it doesn't sell (for example).

£9500......... but mine had imo a lot of bling a new 200 long studded block, fully rebuilt 4x4 head and had spent well over £15k on it not including any labour costs.....
I also broke it b4 every man and his dog were breaking Saffs

Sold the complete shell inc doors and glass for £102 on Ebay

Dont break it ,,The car is nice but is not a big spec so will break for about 2k to 2.5k tops ,,sorry but dont want you to break it and get left short with all the crap that everyone else has stuck in there garage

I got approx 6-7k i think when i broke my saff, but it had lots of blingy bits and the engine was quite new and sold for 2K on its own, dunno how much you may clear on a standardish saff tho

good luck with it, it looks nice and clean, be a shame to break it, have you tried ebay? i know peeps slag it off etc but may be a worth a try,
