got some mass data crunching to do like yesterday!! lol

dunno if you can advise from the picture....
basically there is a stock figure on the left hand side per part number...
I need to get something funky set up in the pivot table to accumulatively reduce this stock figure so i can see when it runs out....

if this wasn't a pivot table I would insert a column after every week number (row4) and use the formula $B5-SUM($C55) this would give me whats left on that one after every week.

if I use an IF command I can get it to put a value only if the figure is postive rather than showing negative stocks....


BUT i need to do it in a pivot table to work it out automatically as I have looooads to do?
anyone any idea? pleeeease! lol
