I have a system 2 power engineering engine ( which they no longer make i'm afraid )
It is a 1.9 cvh, with stage 3 head and turbo, and also a 5th injector and 2 stage boost controller. The last power run it had before i took it off the road was 247bhp and about 245lb/ft torque. That was also with a charge cooler. I now have cossie management, pro alloy intercooler and dual port actuator and hope to get about 260bhp, it doesn't sound alot but the boost will hold better and i will have better cooling.

hi mate ive been fidlin about with rst,s over 10 yrs now and have lernt alot along the way the most valuable info i can give you is choose your tuner wisely your car/engine is only as good as the tuner thier are lots on here cant think why they havent posted on here offering help and advice must be busy, my tuner is ahmed bayoo i beleive him to be one of the best in the country so i drive the 200 miles to get my mota done properlly, thier are many different conversions to choose from aswell 250bhp is reliable done correctly my last s2 was about this power i cained it dailey and some at the weekends
never let me down engine wise
i think you need to do abit of asking on here about the various options you have, your engine will need a strip down and rebuild to a better spec your turbo will need changeing 5th injector, stage 3 head, these are all questions for a tuner because each tuner has his/her own combo of components they use for certain stages of tune so the answer is very hard, id say work out your budget first because once you start this game can cost thousands id say you could get 250 bhp from a 1600 reliable for about 3k,ish

good man as i said mate be careful and do alot of asking and compareing prices dont just take the first 1 do it once do it right, who are race power mate were they based aint personally herd of them, i wouldnt be concerned on getting it done on the cheap either as this usually is more expensive in the long run
