Default adjustable TCA's for RST

do they improve handling at all? why do people fit them? mainly to stop exessive wear on the tyres?

does it matter what make you get?

1) Yes, handling can be vastly improved if set up correctly.

2) See your first question.

3) A reduction in tyre edge wear on lowererd cars is an added bonus.
