Help: Escort RS Turbo Headgasket gone?

my car is going threw water like mad, theres no leaks, but water is coming out my exhaust most of the time, even once warm etc , would this be the head gasket

and if it is, is the standard gasket the best to replace it with

possibly and yes the standard gasket is fine for most applications
