I thought you might reply Mark,

They are not that bad price wise for a 1 bed and there are some great incentives from the builder to buy and rent etc,

They are the ones being built at the moment

Cheers mike

They are building hundreds....And i mean hundreds!

The old waterfront used to have a massive saw mill and burton factory (Burtons that make biscults like Bourbons/Custard creams etc etc )

Anyway most if it was burnt down in a fire in 1997 and it's been a fookin state every since No one really gave a toss as it was a listed building and nothing could be done. But eventually contractors approached the council about clearing the entire site and starting fresh. They are now pulling own the entire lot down and building a new complex. In 2001 they were given permission and slowly month by month they are developing the area. Many flats are built just down the road (Still actually on the marina) but further up the way. Think it'll be complete in about 2 years....

In 2008 it WILL be the place to live in Ipswich bar none

As the place is quite laid out will have to move around quite a bit

Jap Crap (Dom) lives in the sticks....Mike R just changed his post to annoy him

Here their site for the new development but there ain't much on there

http://www.liveatthemill.com/index.htm

The Ipswich College/Uni is just behind the 4th block of flats in the picture above (The block most on the right)

It is literally a 30 second walk from there....
