spluttery?

my xr4i turbo has started to splutter and spit ,cant think of any reason other than cheap fuel? any ideas chaps?

Possible cheap fuel,is it doing it under load or all the time?

Check plugs aswell

doing it under no load and ok when boosting

Change the fuel filter.
