they dont need much encouragement all i'll need to say is "beer, chelmsford, march" and it will be done

Cheers Benn, although i reckon i would have come out on top if i hadnt been pushed in a car by a shovel like hand
and im sure Spiky would have got out of the cab to help, i know he like a rumble

not much point in headbutting my knees though is there you would be better of kicking and punching my shins
.i get the feeling ive missed the joke re headbutt though
