GUIDE TO THE ACTION
5mins: Confident start from the lads, maintained possession well but no chances yet at either end.

8mins: SAVE. Gerrard's free-kick found Crouch on clear at far post, Robinson spread himself well to save from close range.

11mins: Another Gerrard cross from right, Dawson stuck close to Morientes and striker couldn't get enough on effort to trouble Robinson.

12mins: Dawson header from Carrick's free-kick sailed a couple of yards wide.

18mins: Liverpool quick break from our attack, Alonso released Gerrard, low cross into danger zone but Dawson managed to get a toe on it and Robinson gathered.

26mins: Davids spectacular volley from half-cleared corner but shot always going wide.

30mins: WOODWORK. Finnan cross met by Morientes whose looping header struck the crossbar, Crouch made bit of hash of rebound and Robinson gathered.

We looked quite solid to start with then it just went pear shaped!
Fook knows whats going on - silvestre's gotta go imo & smithy should have been in the starting line up.

Overall we played crap, the better team (on the day) won.

well said i agree 100%
as soon as i saw the team sheet with fletcher and oshea in the center off midfield i knew it was not going to be our day they just aint good enough dont get me wrong they are good players just not good enough for man u ...
man u have managed to go from in1999 the best team in the europe poss the world and the richest
to now 4 best at most in the premier lg and they are no longer the fianancial force they were..
its been down hill since the sale off becks
its time for a change
playing staff and coaching staff
who needs to go
silvestre (lacking confidance)
richardson (not good enough)
giggs (past his best and a yard short)
fletcher (not good enough)
oshea (lost it)
paul scholes (does not seem interested when he does play) there is a rumour round old trafford that he will never paly again something to do with a eye problem ??
.................................................. ..........................
coaching staff
sir alex is past it imo his record is second to none in world football ...but he's never won anything without a very good no 2 by his side
archie knox
brian kidd
steve maclaren
.................................................. ........................
since steve left and carlos came in weve gone down hill
fergie playing people out off position
ie
giggs he never a center forward
oshea in midfield ....pmsl
richardson ..left back ....lol
ole ..right wing (but we love him)
thats just this season i could carry on but dont want to bore you lot
the only time he's got the playing out of position right was brian mclare "chocky"..
all the above is base on being a season ticket holder for 20+ years
well done to man city
