London congestion charge
Hi all,
Last night between 5 - 6pm I was in London and I entered a CC zone. At the time I was aware I had to pay the CC but by the time I actually got home i totally forgot about it. This morning I have tried to pay it but it looks like I will have to £50 charge
I can apparently make a representations against Penalty Charge Notices once i get it..Anyone know any excuse that works

Best to pay Fine and accept it, I been done so many times i go there most days, You would think I would have learnt

i got a fine a few years ago in the first 3 weeks if it coming "live: for entering the zone at wait for it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
18:29 and 53 seconds !!!!
yes i entered it 7 seconds TOO early and i got a fine sent through
i wrote back saying they can kiss my arse as i want proof there clocks aree INDPENDANTLY calibrated as i dont belive they are every day and so i feel that 7 seconds is easy to loose over the space of a month,,,,,,, i could show them proof its true and the cunts never even had the decentcy to write back to me,,,,,,,,, never heard anything though so you could say it was a bonus
i also got done turning left in a buss lane as i turned in on the red markings 5 meters before it ended where they have a fucking FIXED camera to catch people
i told em to go fuck em selves on that too and the independant aduducator went against my desision and said i have to pay,,,,,,,, im just gonna ignore em now like i should of at first
did teach me a lesson though i must admit
