if you haven't got the IDC tool to punch the wires back in, you can do it with a small screwdriver pushing the wire in either side of the blade terminals.

Blue to 2, blue with white rings to 5, orange to 3, you dont need the others, if you dont have an inserter, strip back the wires and press down in the slots with a thin screw driver,

As "Big Man" says, 2 and 5 are the ones you need. Assuming that whoever fitted the wires previously followed the wiring code
If not, you will need to open the extension at the other end and check the wiring like-for-like. Have fun

Yeah Dave you only need 2 of the wires the rest are not used at all, I removed my master socket and just crimped the 2 I needed togeter, that obviously depends if that socket your misses ripped off the wall feeds another one though. Quality work by you old gal though!

2 wires needed for a line, the other wires are extra capacity for more lines, the socket in the pic is the face plate off the main master socket 'NTE 5A' the wires have come off the face plate which feed the house exstensions. if you plug phone in the socket you should have dial tone, as this is the main feed

get a pic up of this other box dave.. other than that it's as big man and alan have said.. you will need to connect the orange as stated (or the phone won't ring) as there's no capacitor in the box you have.

Wow quite a job she’s done there, not easy to accidentally unscrew two screws & then rip the faceplate off caught it with the hover did she.
I used to work for cable and useless fitting phones, if your faceplate is old and been played with before you wont get two sets of extension cables to fit securely, you may need a new one.
