anyone lowered a 306 ??
torsion bars 
theres a thread on one end with a washer,nut,other is flat with square hole in, i assume you take nut off thread and knock thread end to remove

yes take nut off and pushes from that end, has ofset washer in other end that needs removing, also you might be best with a slide hammer on the offset washer end, either way be warned its a bugger of a job, I have done 5 and every one was a sod, if you need any more advice just ask.
