Variable wiper timing onS2 ERST
Does anyone know what I would have to do to get the varibale wiper timing to work on my 88 spec S2?
I'm sure I remember someone saying I have to get the stalk plus a relay...
Any help appreciated

as above, 90 spec stalk and a 90 spec 5 pin wiper relay.
the stalk will have 1 extra pin which u simply wire to the 5th pin (one in the middle) on the 90 spec wiper relay.

i take it the 90 spec relay replaces the older 88 spec one and fits in its place in the fuse box?

Some early fuseboxes dont have the extra connection in the relay base though.

Ah right so its possible that the pin connection may already be there then...
If not it won't be a problem to put one in there...

there will be a hole in the fusebox for the pin but most likely no wire for it. U'll have to run u're own.
